Can Tiger change his stripes?

Around this time of year, people are all smiles, shopping away their hard earned dollars for the latest gidgets and gadgets. The gluttony of Christams, both at the dinner table and under the tree, is what we call a time honoured tradition. Despite the dreaded recession rolling over the country like the grim old Grinch, lots of people are shopping their hearts out.

Unfortunately Christmas, isn't loads of fun for everyone. By everyone, i dont mean the homeless, the orphans, or even the refugees of the world. Im referring to the one and only Tiger Woods. Yes, the good hearted fellow who has become this year's golf grinch. Glorified for his golfing ability, but condemned for his poor husbandry.

After the media blitz on his wild nights, he'll probably be spending Christmas with Jack Frost. But, in the spirit of Christmas, I hope the papparazi will give him a break over the holidays. Or maybe they will be hiding down his chimney, waiting to see who he kisses under the mistletoe. Although he is on Santa's naughty list, maybe he could change Tiger's stripes for the new year.

Even without Saint Nick's help, Tiger could definitely turn over a new leaf. But, his Golden boy golf image will remain tarnished in the decade to come.
